Return Policy:

We will accept returns and exchanges on items that are returned  provided they are unused, unworn, unaltered and in their original condition with all tags attached and proof of purchase included inside within 10 days of receipt. Sale items, Handbags, Jewelry, dressy wears, bathing suits, undergarments and all other accessories are final! Please note shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.

Please note- customers are responsible for all shipping cost associated with any returns unless an error is made by shopenvie.com. All returns must be sent via UPS, registered mail or any other delivery service that can track your package and requires a signature upon delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for lost packages without proof of delivery.

Shipping:

We will not charge your credit card until your order is ready to be shipped and of course we do not charge you for an item that is sold out. If we have the merchandise we will mail it to the shipping address you provide us with. Please ensure that you are shipping to an address where someone will be available to sign for the package.

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please keep in mind the date you receive merchandise is from the time it leaves our shipping location not the time you place you order.

International shipping:

All international shipping is done via United Parcel Services (UPS) Worldwide Expedited. We are not responsible for any taxes or duty fees imposed by your locality, furthermore all international sales are final!

Refused Shipment:

If you refuse any shipment from shopenvie.com you will incur all costs associated with shipment of the package including and not limited to all duties, taxes and or customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipment to shopenvie.com.
